Notice to customers

1.It is appreciated to provide electronic version file, and it should keep the text clear if you provide the original document in writing.


2.Do not change the document to be translated while in the course of transla-tion if possible. Such change will block translation process. When we receiv-e the notice of requesting deletion of some content from the customer, in the　case that the content to be deleted has been translated, we will not exempt such charge.


3.Please offer necessary reference material. Thus it will ensure us to offer faster and better translation services in the condition of ensuring veracity.


4.This company will not be liable to any outcome arisen from direct or indirect use of translation version if such translation is in accordance with original document;


5. You should carefully complete them as the contracts and translation orders are formal covenant documents. Please give clear guide if you have any special requirement on format, binding and storage of translation version;

 
6.This company is only responsible for accuracy of translation version. We will not be liable for source, content and purpose of original document;


7.This company is responsible for secrecy of original document and translation version of any customer. If any customer has any special confidentiality requirement, he shall inform the company in advance. Both parties may sign a secrecy agreement, and the secrecy measures are based on the provisions of such secrecy agreement.


8.In the first cooperation, the customer shall pay the translation fee; when the company and a customer have established stable cooperation relations, the settlement of translation fee can be on a monthly basis. When we enter a long-term agreement with a customer, such customer can obtain the best price and preferential translation service and other preferential treatments.
